The exhibit displays large caseous cavity over lung parenchyma

Pulmonary tuberculosis show the multiple granuloma. Granuloma is composed of aggregates of epithelioid macrophages. Multinucleated giant cell often sseen. In tuberculosis, the granuloma has a central necrosis.

Tuberculosis infection
