Endocrine organ includes pituitary, thyroid, adrenal and pancrease. These are major endocrine organ that function to synthesize, store and secret hormones. Pathology of the endocrine organ includes a numbers of non neoplastic disorder that commonly raised a concern as patient may presented with mass lesion, for example multinodular goitre and neoplasm.
