The exhibit displays an exophytic intraluminal growth obstructing the lumen.

Section shows malignant glands arranged back to back pattern, arising from the mucosa, infiltrating into the stroma. They are pleomorphic, having vesicular to hyperchromatic nuclei, conspicuous nucleoli and moderate amount of cytoplasm. Mitosis is seen.
