Skeletal and soft tissue pathology is the study of bone, muscle, and soft tissue disorders including degenerative, inflammatory, neoplastic and non-neoplastic conditions.

Component studied includes skeletal muscle, fat, fibroblast and myofibroblast, flat bones, spongy bones, compact bones, long bones, synovial, tendons and ligaments, joint, and blood vessels.
