GROSS DESCRIPTION
The exhibit displays enlarged adrenal with presence of solid tumor arising from the medulla. The tumor has red brown surface with areas of hemorrhage, necrosis and cystic degeneration.
HISTOPATHOLOGY DESCRIPTION
Pheochromocytoma shows tumour cells arranged in nested (zellballen), trabecular and solid arrangement. The cells are large, polygonal, uniform and some showing extensively vacuolated, bundant fine, granular red-purple cytoplasm, salt and pepper chromatin.

GROSS DESCRIPTION
The exhibit displays slightly enlarged thyroid with red beefy surface.
HISTOPATHOLOGY DESCRIPTION
The thyroid shows marked inflammation, ill-defined granulomas contain foreign body giant cells, and fibrosis.

GROSS DESCRIPTION
The exhibit displays enlarged and distorted thyroid gland. It shows nodular and lobulated outer surface. The presence variable size thyroid nodules can be appreciated.
HISTOPATHOLOGY DESCRIPTION
The thyroid shows mutiple nodule separated by incomplete septae. The nodules are composed of varying size of thyroid follicles. They are lined by flat to cuboidal epithelium. Colloid is noted within the follicles.

GROSS DESCRIPTION
The exhibit displays enlarged distorted thyroid occupied by malignant lesion with infiltrative border. The lesion show pale tan solid surface. No recognizable normal thyroid parenchyma present.
HISTOPATHOLOGY DESCRIPTION
Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma shows tumour cells with invasive growth pattern. The cells are marked nuclear pleomorphism. Extensive tumor necrosis and high mitotic activity also noted.

The exhibit displays enlarged and distorted thyroid glands showing diffuse heterogenous nodularity, with variable size of nodules partly separated by incomplete fibrous septae.
HISTOPATHOLOGY DESCRIPTION
The thyroid shows mutiple nodule separated by incomplete septae. The nodules are composed of varying size of thyroid follicles. They are lined by flat to cuboidal epithelium. Colloid is noted within the follicles.
