The exhibit displays small intestine with adhesion. The mucosal surface show presence of fairly circumscribed area with flattened mucosa.

Pulmonary tuberculosis show presence of granuloma. Granuloma is composed of aggregates of epithelioid macrophages. Multinucleated giant cell often seen. In tuberculosis, the granuloma has a central necrosis.
