Infiltrating urothelial carcinoma of the bladder shows wide range of architectural patterns. This includes nest, sheet, trabeculae, cords, and single cells. Commonly there is mixture of pattern. The tumor cells are often high grade exhibit marked nuclear pleomorpism with hyperchromatic nuclei.

Urothelial carcinoma of the bladder with bilateral hydroureter and hydronephrosis
